Yes, free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. After that we charge 50% of the treatment, or the full amount for no-shows – out of consideration for other guests on the waiting list.

A cosmetic pedicure is care and appearance. Medical foot care in Salzburg additionally treats problems such as ingrown nails, cracked calluses or pressure points – no doctor's referral needed.

For well-groomed feet we recommend every 4–6 weeks. Shellac colour lasts up to 4 weeks; calluses return faster or slower depending on how much you're on your feet.

Ideally come with unpainted nails. Bring comfortable open shoes (e.g. sandals) for the way home so fresh Shellac or care products can set perfectly.

Yes, we also treat suspected nail fungus or warts – with separate, sterilised instruments. Please just let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.

Generally yes – we work particularly gently and without risk of injury. If you have diagnosed diabetes, please let us know in advance so we can adapt the treatment individually.

No, medical foot care is a private service in Austria. For diagnosed conditions (e.g. diabetes) insurance may partially cover podology services – provided by a podologist.

Yes, especially during pregnancy a pedicure is a treat. We position you comfortably and avoid irritating ingredients. Just let us know when booking.
